Signal Panic ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by BTHizmeti. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Signal Panic.
Signal Panic collects minimal data to provide core game functionality. We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication which generates a random anonymous user ID — no personal information such as name, email, phone number, or address is collected. Game progress, scores, lives, gold balance, and boost inventory are stored to enable gameplay features and leaderboards.
Signal Panic uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. For users under the age of consent, ads are served in compliance with COPPA and configured for child-directed treatment. No personalized ads are served to children.
Game data is stored locally on your device and synced securely with Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. All data transmission is encrypted. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary for app functionality and advertising.
Signal Panic is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All advertising shown to users in the child-directed age group is non-personalized and compliant with applicable regulations.

Game data is retained as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of server-stored data, contact us at info@signalpanic.com.
